Job summary

Parsons, as part of the FAA TSSC-5 contract, seeks an Electronics Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain NAS electronic systems in field settings across various sites. You will follow FAA directives, work under supervision, and support senior technicians on complex tasks.

The role requires travel up to 100% within the USA, a high school diploma, and solid knowledge of electronics, RF, and test equipment. Safety, quality, and documentation are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Familiar with basic electronics and RF.
• Experience using standard electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment per drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to unit/module level using test equipment.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA orders; follow procedures.
• Assist in field installations and site work under TSSC‑5.
• Document work activities and maintain logs and test forms.
