• Balance multiple concurrent design changes, investigations, and sustaining tasks across several products.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, including design reviews, troubleshooting support, and development of engineering best practices.
