Sora Resource Group seeks a Supply Chain Manager for our electronics manufacturing footprint. You will manage inventory and purchasing across multiple sites, ensuring on-time production and cost efficiency while supervising a team of Buyers and related staff.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential. You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor pricing and delivery, and implement process improvements across shipping, receiving, and materials management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry. Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must have prior supervisory experience & strong people management skills.
• Must have significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirement planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory and purchasing procedures across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Supervise receiving procedures and staff responsible for purchasing, materials management, and configuration management.
• Develop team goals/metrics, track progress and focus on professional development; provide data/metrics for decision making.
• Drive for increased inventory turns and optimize supplier relations, price, and delivery performance.
• Interface with Program Managers for planning and forecasting to meet shipments and ensure standard procedures are followed.
