ROMET Limited is seeking an Electronics Sub-assembler in our Indianapolis facility. The onsite role involves assembling electronic housings and sub-assemblies, with opportunities to cross-train in testing and soldering under detailed work instructions.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, is mechanically and electronically inclined, and comfortable using hand and air tools. We offer training and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Mechanically and electronically inclined.
• Able to use various hand and air tools.
• Must be able to solder.
• IPC training would be an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly and sub-assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Assemble electronic housings.
• Cross-train to perform testing related to product performance.
• Solder electronic/electrical components as per work instructions.
• Assemble cables and connectors as per drawings.
• Follow ESD and quality control practices.
• Maintain 5S practices and record keeping as directed by Supervisor.
