Eaton is seeking an Assembler - 1st Shift in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site manufacturing role offers a starting hourly rate of 21.50 with core hours 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The position supports remanufacturing mechatronic products through disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing, with cross-training across stations and adherence to ISO quality systems. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• No relocation is offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Indianapolis, IN facility. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that remanufactures mechatronic products using disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, assembly, and testing per work instructions.
• Cross-train and operate multiple assembly stations during a single shift.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and company policies.
