Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Irvine, CA is hiring immediately for a Contract Stockroom Clerk. The position pays $25.00-$28.00 per hour DOE and runs for a 3-month assignment.

Responsibilities include receiving, shipping and inventory inspection, pulling kits using BOMs, maintaining logs, and supporting expediting requests. Candidates should have 3–5 years of warehouse experience in electronics, familiarity with ESD environments, and the ability to lift and move items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience using Excel and Microsoft Word.
• 3-5 years warehouse/stockroom experience with electronics.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Ability to work well in team environment.
• Prior experience in Receiving/shipping/inventory a plus.
• Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify electronic components and read BOMs.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9000.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, shipping and inventory inspection control.
• Pulling kits using BOM for Board Assemblies using a Reel counter, weight scale.
• Responding to 'Rush' requests and daily expedites.
• Responding to requests for product shipped/received information.
• Maintaining daily receiving logs.
• Completing other projects as assigned.
• Knowledge of USP, FedEx, and other carriers.
