AMETEK, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support stockroom operations across all product categories. You will count, package, label parts, and perform system transactions to issue items to work orders with high accuracy.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory adjustments, locating parts, moving materials between stockroom and work cells, and leading the team during inventory events while promoting productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 5 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse activities: stocking, cycle counts, packing, labeling, scanning and picking.
• Ability to manage people and implement processes.
• Attention to detail and positive teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Determine stockroom location of parts for work orders.
• Count, package, and label parts with high accuracy.
• Make system transactions to remove parts from stock and issue to work orders.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Investigate inventory fallout.
• Move materials within stockroom and to work cells or remote locations.
• Act as team leader during inventory events.
• Share knowledge with operations and setup personnel.
• Develop techniques to increase productivity and quality.
• Maintain good housekeeping; other duties as assigned.
