Job summary

Jobot seeks a Warehouse and Materials Supervisor for a fast-growing electronics manufacturer in Mission Viejo, CA. You will supervise stockroom operations, oversee receiving, inventory control, kitting, and material handling, and lead stockroom personnel to ensure accurate inventory and uninterrupted material flow for SMT and PCB assembly.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP/MRP data accuracy, coordinating replenishments, and supporting production planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or materials management in electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly, SMT manufacturing, and material traceability.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stockroom operations: receiving, storage, inventory transactions, cycle counts, material movement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with routine cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions in the ERP/MRP system.
• Lead stockroom personnel and establish priorities; conduct evaluations and development.
