Job summary

You will develop supplier relationships, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. On-site role with strong growth opportunities in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of tactical purchasing; electronics sourcing preferred.
• 3–5 years of tactical and strategic purchasing; electronics components preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive strategic purchasing with supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies for electronic components.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, including global sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Develop cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and product transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement across the electronics supply chain.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
