Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a Team Attorney, Associate, or Patent Agent with at least 2 years of experience in patent prosecution for our Electronics/Software Team.

The Team Attorney position offers an alternative to traditional partnership-track roles, with lower billable hour requirements and minimal non-billable obligations.

Applicants should have a strong academic background, including a degree in Electrical Engineering or an advanced degree in Physics. Experience in optics or optical systems is a plus. USPTO registration is preferred.

Office locations include: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Candidates with corresponding state bar admission are preferred.
