Electronics & Software Associate or Patent Agent – Semiconductor Processing and Fabrication (CA, CO, DC, GA, NC, WA)

Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team is seeking a full-time USPTO-registered patent prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent with experience in preparing semiconductor processing patent applications. Candidates should have relevant experience in semiconductor processing, be detail-oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a USPTO Reg. No., and a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be requested. Mandarin Chinese language ability is a plus.

Office location options include: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Preference is given to San Diego office candidates.
