Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution – Team Attorney / Associate / Agent – EE, CS, Physics (CA, CO, DC, GA, NC, WA)

Kilpatrick Townsend has an opening for a Team Attorney, Associate or Patent Agent with at least 2 years of experience in patent prosecution work for our Electronics/Software Team. The Team Attorney position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement and de minimus non-billable requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a strong academic record including a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an advanced degree in Physics. Ideal candidates will have USPTO registration number.

Location:
Office base location options include: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Attorney candidates with corresponding state bar to office location preferred.
