Rocket EMS, Inc. in Carson City, NV is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a split shift. You will receive incoming materials, verify, log in ERP/MRP, and prepare items for shipment with proper labeling.

Responsibilities include maintaining the shipping area, generating labels, scheduling pickups, and coordinating with production and QA to resolve issues quickly. This role requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Familiar with ESD handling, barcoding, and labeling standards.
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, email and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing lists and POs.
• Inspect items for damage and discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Log receipts into ERP/MRP and deliver materials to departments.
• Prepare and package PCB assemblies for shipment with proper labeling.
• Generate shipping labels and docs via carrier portals.
• Schedule pickups and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving area and proper storage.
• Support cycle counts and inventory movement transactions.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and QA to resolve issues.
