Amtel Repair, doing CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair, is hiring a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative in West Valley City, Utah. You will be the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service, assessing device needs, and driving sales for phones, tablets, and accessories.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and comfort with electronics troubleshooting. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
