Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience using electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and breakdown analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• RMA Processing & Product Handling: Track and prioritize incoming assemblies and finished goods for testing and repair.
• Log returned products to ensure traceability and accuracy.
• Clean assemblies and components for testing.
• Disassemble and reassemble products to access internal components.
