• Performing simple component-level repairs on circuit boards as needed to restore functionality.
• Processing returned products through the RMA (Return Material Authorization) system, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
• Unboxing, receiving, and organizing incoming equipment efficiently.
• Matching paperwork to units and prioritizing repairs based on company protocols.
• Entering and maintaining accurate data within the company’s ERP system.
• Communicating issues and updates via email and internal tracking systems effectively.
• Assisting with inventory management, product flow, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Supporting other departments through cross-training and team collaboration.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote efficiency.
