Job summary

TRG is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to diagnose, test, and repair electronic devices. You will be responsible for calibrating, testing, and refurbishing devices, including SMD soldering and component-level repair.

The role requires hands-on experience with bench equipment, the ability to log work in our databases, and a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline. This on-site position in Gilbert, AZ, involves OS installation and software updates as part of device restoration.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, or Electrical Maintenance with 2–5 years of hands-on experience or equivalent high school+5 years of experience.
• Experience with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, voltmeter, caliper, dial indicator, micrometer).
• Ability to recognize failure trends and solve moderately complex problems; may involve innovation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, tests, and repairs electronic devices using appropriate equipment.
• Solders SMD devices and troubleshoots to component level repair.
• Disassembles and reassembles electro-mechanical devices with minimum supervision.
• installs operating systems and software.
• Maintains service management systems and documents repairs.
