Job summary

FM Electronics LLC in Garland, TX is seeking an Electronics Repair Technician to join our service department. You will troubleshoot equipment to component level, diagnose power supplies and amplifier circuits, and repair PCBs for professional audio and DJ gear.

The role requires reading schematics, performing both through-hole and SMD soldering, and documenting repairs with attention to accuracy. On-site work hours apply; training can be provided for our Pro Audio and lighting equipment.

• Perform functional testing after repairs.
• Document diagnosis, repairs performed and parts used.
• Maintain an organized repair workstation.

FM Electronics / DJ eShop – Garland, TX

is looking for an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to join our service department.

We specialize in the repair of professional audio, DJ, lighting and electronic equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting electronics and is comfortable diagnosing problems at the component and PCB level.

What You’ll Work On

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic equipment to component level
• Diagnose switching power supplies and amplifier circuits

Training can be provided on the specific Pro Audio, DJ and lighting equipment we service.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Compensation

$20–$28 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated technical ability.

Location

On-site position — this is a hands-on electronics repair role and cannot be performed remotely.
