Requirements include 2+ years in electronics, soldering skills, and experience with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and VNA. This onsite contract‑to‑hire role offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronics and soldering techniques.
• Comfortable using multimeters and handling voltages up to 50 volts.
• Experience in building test boards, running tests, and debugging designs.
• Ability to probe and analyze failures to determine root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, thermal, and reliability characterization of critical electrical components.
• Create and assemble test boards according to specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions to conduct tests effectively.
• Track test requests and acquire necessary component samples.
• Manage multiple requests and projects, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Generate detailed test reports as required.
• Adhere to electrical safety best practices at all times.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics accurately.
• Utilize various electrical equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose failures from board level to component level.
• Solder and remove surface mount and through‑hole components on printed circuit boards using hand tools and soldering equipment.
