Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Sort electronics (10–50 lbs.) and prep for shredding.
• Remove batteries, ink, and other components as needed.
• Select materials not meeting quality post-shred criteria.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
