Job summary

KIMCHUK INC. is seeking a Quotes Specialist in a fast-paced electronics contract manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving timely, accurate quote processing, reviewing technical data, and guiding quotes teams while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR requirements.

You will review RFQs, BOMs, and drawings, collaborate with program managers and suppliers, and help manage quote quality and workflows. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting RFQs and customer requirements.
• Strong mathematical ability and data analysis.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel/ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process quote packages including RFQs, BOMs, and drawings.
• Mentor team members and oversee workload to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on communications.
• Maintain databases and generate status updates.
• Update the Quotes Procedures Manual as needed.
