Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Electronics Quality Technician for multiple on-site openings in West Los Angeles. The role requires 3+ years in electronics assembly/inspection or an Associate’s in Electronics, with hands-on soldering and test equipment skills. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, all on-site.

The position offers full benefits, PTO, and a 401k with company match. U.S. Persons only due to federal contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years electronics assembly/inspection/rework, or an Associate’s in Electronics with 1 year experience.
• Some soldering skills with fine-pitch SMT components.
• Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply).
• Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools.
• U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuity, resistance, and voltage checks to support root cause analysis.
• Build and repair custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and test equipment under supervision.
• Support RMA processing by performing initial diagnostic checks on returned units.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to identify process improvements and recurring issues.
• Document inspection results and communicate non-conformances effectively.

Salary: USD55000 - USD72000 per year + full benefits covered

Electronics Quality Technician (multiple openings)

Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday–Friday (3 different shift schedules)
1st Shift - 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM
2nd Shift - 12:30PM - 9:00 PM
3rd Shift - 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM

Salary: $26-$35/hr
Benefits: M/D/V premiums paid by company, accrued PTO on bi-weekly basis, 10 company holidays, 401k with company match

Responsibilities

• NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

Preferred

• Experience supporting R&D or prototype environments.
• Knowledge of ESD controls, calibration tracking, and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required.
