Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an in-process inspector responsible for quality checks at SMT, Wave and Selective Soldering operations. You will verify workmanship, inspect materials against IPC standards and document results.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least 2 years electronics manufacturing experience; IPC-610/J-STD-001 knowledge is a plus; may require background check and drug screening; ITAR compliance may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-610, J-STD-001 and IPC-600 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection at SMT, Wave and Selective Soldering operations.
• Adhere to ESD, MSD handling, and IPC standards.
• Inspect and approve incoming materials using specifications and tests.
• Document inspection results and logs.
• Identify and communicate non-conformances to production and engineering.
• Support ISO/quality management systems and safe work practices.
