Job summary

Hire Energy Staffing in Garland, TX is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform repairs, assembly, disassembly and re-assembly of electronic components following Work Instructions. You will inspect materials, maintain proper inventory and follow quality standards to ensure product targets and safety are met.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, overtime as needed, and reliable transportation. Experience with PC boards and IPC/J-STD guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and able to work overtime when required.
• Knowledge in PC Board Assembly and Electronics Soldering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, assembly, disassembly and re-assembly of components following Work Instructions.
• Understand the Production Flow process and job responsibilities of the area.
• Use designated tools to protect the product from scratches, drops and handling damage.
