Hire Energy Staffing is seeking a Dispenser Equipment Operator for an established electronics manufacturing company in Garland, TX. You will operate and monitor automated dispensing equipment to apply epoxy, RTV, adhesives, and coatings to electronic components, ensuring quality and production standards.

The role requires following detailed work instructions, maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated manufacturing or production equipment.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor automated precision dispensing equipment used in PCB assembly.
• Apply epoxy, RTV, adhesives, and coatings to secure and protect components.
• Set up and adjust dispensing equipment according to production specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper material application and quality.
• Handle, store, and maintain dispensing materials per procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
