Staffmark is hiring a Quality Control Test Technician for our San Diego, CA site. The role focuses on visual inspections, functional and electrical testing, and documentation of results as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in quality control, read electrical schematics, operate meters and test fixtures, and are comfortable in a manufacturing setting. The position offers a 1st shift, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in quality control, inspection, or product testing in manufacturing.
• Must read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform visual inspections of finished electronic products to ensure quality.
• Conduct functional and electrical testing per procedures and test plans.
• Operate testing equipment, fixtures, interfaces, and software-based test systems.
• Document inspection and test results accurately and report defects.
• Review product specifications, schematics, and drawings.
• Assist with troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Follow quality procedures, ESD controls, and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to support goals.
• Assist with assembly and packaging as needed.
