Job summary

Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation seeks a Quality Inspector to perform regular inspections and tests on PCBA and components, document defects, and verify corrective actions in the production line. You will work closely with production staff, engineers, and QA to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves auditing and recording inspection results, supporting KAIZEN initiatives, and providing guidance on quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (Pareto, Histogram, Check Sheets).
• Familiarity with electronics industry.
• Experience or knowledge in electronics assembly or product inspection preferred.
• Ability to follow visual inspection criteria and work instructions accurately.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and QA initiatives.
• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test PCBA and other components to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Identify and document defects and verify corrective actions.
• Support KAIZEN projects to improve manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports for management review.
• Coordinate QC staffing across shifts as needed.
• Support initial investigations of process or product abnormalities.
