Job summary

Wistron InfoComm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a QC Engineer to inspect and test PCBA products, document defects, and verify corrective actions in the manufacturing process. You will collaborate with production staff, engineers, and other departments to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on inspection, data recording, and supporting kaizen initiatives, PFMEA maintenance, and updated QC checklists to ensure audit readiness and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality tools (Pareto, Histogram, Check Sheets, etc.).
• Familiarity with the electronics industry.
• Manual dexterity and good vision for identifying workmanship defects.
• Reliable, cooperative, and able to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Open to continuous training and improvement under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test PCBA to ensure quality and specs.
• Identify and document defects in manufacturing and products.
• Verify corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in KAIZEN and process improvements.
• Provide training to production staff on QA procedures.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and actions.
• Lead or support quality issue investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain PFMEA and update QC checklists.
• Track and approve feedback in inspection systems.
• Support QA functions in a team-oriented environment.
