Qualifications

• Familiarity with the electronics industry.
• Basic knowledge or experience in electronics assembly or product inspection.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test PCBA and components to ensure quality.
• Identify and document defects and non-conformities.
• Verify corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Support KAIZEN and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and actions.
• Prepare management reports on quality issues.
• Plan QC staffing across shifts.
• Ensure auditors perform inspections per SOPs.
• Assist in initial investigations of process or product abnormalities.
• Coordinate overtime for QC staff.
