Job summary

The candidate should have a high school diploma, basic knowledge of quality tools, and familiarity with electronics assembly or inspection. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (Pareto, Histogram, Check Sheets).
• Familiarity with electronics industry and assembly or inspection is beneficial.
• Ability to follow visual inspection criteria and work instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and hand–eye coordination.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn company standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test PCBA and components to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and document defects and product issues.
• Verify corrective actions and sustain improvements in processes.
• Support KAIZEN projects and process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards.
