Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and technical communication skills.
• Professionalism, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid math aptitude and strong planning/time/project management.
• Familiar with MS Word, Outlook, Internet, Visio, Paint, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; good dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new products and prototypes.
• Develop new product configurations and methods; compile part lists and test instructions.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and assist engineering changes.
• Maintain quality control with testing appliances.
• Identify tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment needs.
• Update drawings for easier assembly.
• Provide technical support to staff.
• Uphold safety policies and keep the work area clean.
• May work in other departments as needed.
