Job summary

You will coordinate proposals, production plans, and customer specifications while guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related contract-manufacturing PM experience, strong communication skills, and a manufacturing/ERP background.

Qualifications

• Direct work experience in Electronics Contract Manufacturing in PCBA/ SMT.
• Experience with Top-Level Assembly or Sub Assembly Modules/System Integration.
• Engineering background and MRP knowledge is a plus.
• Contract manufacturing/program management environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management, performance, and completion of a major contract program.
• Manages and directs all phases from inception to completion, including quotation to On Time delivery.
• Coordinates proposal preparation and establishes production plans and schedules.
• Maintains contact with customers regarding technical specifications.
• Directs integration of a program management team across multiple functions.
• Establishes contacts to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Program management for current and potential customers.
• Stabilize existing business and grow revenues from existing customers.
• Maintains and presents KPI dashboard progress to meet targets.
