Job summary

AMAX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer projects and cross-functional teams in electronics hardware manufacturing. You will plan schedules, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and sales to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of three years in program management, with a background in engineering considered a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least three years of program management experience in electronics-related hardware manufacturing.
• Related fields include servers, HPC, industrial PCs, clusters, and storage systems.
• Engineering background is a plus; strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer projects, lead the assigned focus team, plan the schedule, monitor implementation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure manufacturing outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the program lifecycle and all related tasks and personnel to ensure high efficiency and achieving results.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and create program reports for customers and stakeholders.
• Align with production and customer needs, organizing and supporting program operations including production assembly, testing, quality management, and supply chain management.
• Provide timely updates and robust solutions to customers, understanding expectations and offering feasible solutions.
• Represent AMAX by engaging with customers, suppliers, and vendors, creating business opportunities and building strong relationships.
