The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 5 years of program management experience in electronics manufacturing, and is proficient in project management tools.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 annually, with additional benefits including health insurance and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Program Manager in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience interacting with suppliers, customers, and senior management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%).

• Coordinate technical, quality, and commercial engagements with customers.
