Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing customer programs tied to manufactured products.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership能力.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer for assigned programs and accounts.
• Lead Customer Focus Team meetings and drive action items to closure.
• Build customer relationships through regular communication and program reviews.
• Manage customer forecasts and communicate requirements internally.
• Coordinate ECO/ECN and communicate cost impacts.
• Monitor program profitability and review project costs against quotes.
• Support pricing, quoting and cost-related activities.
• Escalate risks and drive cross-functional resolution.
