Job summary

Owl Cyber Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking an Associate Production Technician to support the assembly, configuration, testing and shipment of secure hardware and software products. Based in Danbury, CT, this in-office role requires basic electronics knowledge and a hands-on aptitude working with test equipment and production fixtures.

The position emphasizes precision, safety, and the ability to follow documented procedures while contributing to continuous improvement of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Owl Cyber Defense products according to documented procedures.
• Install and configure software in alignment with sales order requirements.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with non-conforming components.
• Maintain and operate test equipment, including bench-top instruments and proprietary hardware/software tools.
• Assemble and debug test boards and custom test fixtures.
• Assist in the installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments for customer orders.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support general department operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and other team responsibilities as needed.
