Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead Electronics Assembly Manufacturing within the Electronics Value Stream. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing/operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean practices; ERP/MRP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives.
• Provide direct supervision to Assembly Technicians and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning.
• Develop and communicate daily production plans, priorities, and resource assignments.
• Monitor performance against goals and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead daily production meetings and maintain visual management of metrics.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler to manage labor capacity and equipment loading.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness with Product Engineering.
• Drive improvements to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
