ImageTek Mfg is seeking an Electronics Area Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in North Springfield, VT, overseeing PCBA, wire harness, and electromechanical assembly. You will drive production schedules, quality, punctual delivery, and develop a team to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong people leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing education preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate, and assign daily production activities to achieve manufacturing schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor production output, workflow, staffing, and labor utilization to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Proactively identify and resolve production constraints, including material shortages, equipment downtime, quality issues, and staffing challenges.
• Adjust labor assignments and production priorities to meet changing business requirements.
• Ensure employees follow approved work instructions, engineering documentation, and established manufacturing processes.
• Track and communicate departmental performance, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor efficiency.
