Job summary

Creare, based in Hanover, NH, is seeking an experienced Production Specialist focusing on electronics to support Manufacturing Engineers in a full production lifecycle. The role involves parts procurement, vendor collaboration, and guiding electronic assemblies through internal and external processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years in production planning or logistics, with experience in electronics or aerospace industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years in production planning or logistics; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong parts procurement and supply chain knowledge.
• Experience with vendors/external manufacturers (electronics/aerospace).
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee parts procurement, including sourcing, price negotiation, supplier relationships.
• Expedite materials with vendors and external manufacturers; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Implement production schedules; optimize workflow and resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain.
• Follow safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Understand ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to resolve issues.
