Job summary

Creare in Hanover, NH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to build and integrate precision electromechanical systems for aerospace and high-performance applications. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot components, following engineering drawings and quality procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience with precision assembly, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certs are a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with precision mechanical assembly and wiring.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Perform precision assembly, wiring, and integration of parts.
• Conduct functional and performance testing to meet aerospace and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet timelines.
• Document assembly and testing results for QA and traceability.
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols, including handling sensitive aerospace components.
