Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in electronics/tech manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP platforms and advanced Excel modeling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Master scheduling to align manufacturing with forecasts and demand.
• Coordinate materials and inventory to prevent shortages and reduce excess.
• Evaluate capacity and load to optimize machine utilization and avoid bottlenecks.
• Manage work orders, shop floor schedules, and routing for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, procurement, and QA to manage lead times.
• Track performance metrics and drive process improvements using ERP/MRP.
