Collins Aerospace is seeking an Operations Product Specialist to ensure the functional operation of electronics manufacturing facilities and drive on-time delivery. You will design and implement strategies to mitigate overdue risks and recover to MRP, while coaching and guiding team members.

The role requires independent work, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in production, operations, manufacturing, repair, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute electronics product creation and manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot production process challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Develop strategies for overdue risk mitigation and recovery to MRP schedules.
• Monitor and drive on-time delivery of manufacturing outputs.
• Manage projects or processes, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to lower-level professionals within the team.
• Collaborate across teams to influence policies, practices, and procedures that impact manufacturing operations.
