Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of operations experience.
• Experience with circuit assembly and PCBA boards; proven ability to lead a team to meet KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interpret procedures and data.
• Ability to coach operators and drive safety, quality and cost improvements.
