Job summary

Technical Needs is hiring Machine Operators on 1st shift in Massachusetts for a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will operate surface mount machines, use microscopes and measuring tools, and report downtime or malfunctions.

The role emphasizes quality, lean processes, and ISO standards, with cross-training across multiple assembly work centers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in PCB, semiconductor or electronics assembly is highly desirable.
• IPC 610 certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Lean manufacturing and ISO environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate surface mount machines and related equipment.
• Report downtime or malfunctions.
• Utilize microscopes and hand tools for daily tasks.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly work centers.
• Support high-volume production in Lean/ISO environments.
