Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Manager (PM2) in Denver to own the full product lifecycle from concept to customer delivery. You will bridge OEM customers with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, guiding complex EMS programs and multi‑discipline teams to successful production success.

The role requires 4+ years in EMS or similar, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering on schedule and budget while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or relevant industry experience on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements, ensuring design aligns with customer specs, timelines and quality.
• Develop and manage timelines, meeting milestones such as NPI, completion and delivery dates.
• Manage IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
• Monitor program metrics including on‑time delivery, quality, cost and responsiveness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics and supply chain.
• Act as primary customer liaison, communicating updates and issues.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, cost estimates, and P&L variances; ensure budget adherence and quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and ROI.
• Ensure products meet certifications (UL, CE, RoHS, ISO).
• Resolve quality issues by root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage changes to requirements, timelines, budgets or designs and communicate impacts.
• Monitor production stages from prototypes to full production; ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate supply chain needs to avoid material disruptions.
• Oversee delivery logistics and on‑time shipping.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
