Job summary

Air Liquide’s Innovation Campus Delaware (ICD) in Newark, DE, is seeking a Research Scientist specializing in electronic materials. Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with strong publication track record
• Experience with analytical and film characterization techniques
• Ability to work effectively in international teams

Responsibilities

• Lead plasma etching process development and gas design for semiconductor applications
• Develop and implement gas analytical methods (GC, MS, ICPMS, FTIR) for new electronic gases
• Characterize structure–property relationships using in-situ and ex-situ analyses
• Plan and execute bench-scale to pilot-scale experiments to meet R&D deliverables
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
