Job summary

Narish in Livermore, CA is seeking an Electronic Components Material Specialist to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of electronic components and PCBs in a high-reliability environment.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, and documentation, while supporting production, kitting, inspection, and shipping. Requires 2+ years in electronics materials handling, familiarity with ERP systems, and knowledge of ESD practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification in materials management, supply chain, or electronics preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in materials handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies.
• Proficient with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of ESD handling practices and quality compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies against documentation.
• Inspect materials and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
• Identify, label, and store materials in inventory locations.
• Maintain lot traceability and documentation integrity for components.
• Process material receipts and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
