Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Material Handling Associate in Ronkonkoma, NY, to support electronics manufacturing operations. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, and kit assembly in a busy stockroom environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position pays hourly and requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Administrative background with experience working with management.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, ERP familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, kitting and distributing parts and supplies.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the stockroom so materials are properly stored and accessible.
• Accurately issue parts and materials and assemble production kits for manufacturing operations.
• Assist with inventory management and routine cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and prepare routine reports.
• Provide administrative support to Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
