Job summary

Classic Collision seeks an Electronics General Manager to steer market performance, oversee payroll, scheduling, and customer satisfaction in Charlotte. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and collaborate with sales to convert and follow up on leads, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

You will oversee AR/payments, trainer MACS usage, and ERP/office tools, maintaining market profitability and effective communication with field staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Field leadership experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements (P&L).
• Proven track record in employee development and coaching.
• Flexible hours with workload-driven scheduling.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Experience with POS systems and team management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead market performance via metrics, quality, and culture.
• Manage inventory, returns, and dealer stock in market.
• Collaborate with market sales to generate and follow up on leads.
• Handle accounts receivable and payment processing.
• Ensure staff are trained on MACS and training systems.
• Coach staff to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Oversee daily scheduler to ensure timely job completion.
• Coordinate 9 am ETA calls and follow-up communications.
• Process payroll timely and accurately.
• Ensure market coverage with installer schedule and PPE usage.
