Job summary

GLORY in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Electronic Repair Center Manager to lead the repair center operations, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality. You will manage workload, mentor staff, and coordinate with VP Operations to meet client delivery goals.

This permanent, full-time role requires 3–5+ years in electronics repair or related field, a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years in electronics repair or technical troubleshooting, with 1 to 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule workload of the repair center; reviewing scheduling requirements daily and adjusting as required.
• Drive the repair process to ensure the function is profitable and KPI goals are met.
• Develop and measure metrics applicable to production, monitoring procedure and process to show trending and areas for focus.
• Report metrics to senior management on a monthly basis.
• Selects and hires employees; trains and evaluates staff; manage budgets and travel as needed.
